​Mr. Ralph D. Flowers is a graduate of LaSalle University’s ROTC program where he earned his commission as a Second Lieutenant in 1990.  Mr. Flowers has earned a Bachelor’s degree from LaSalle University and a Master’s degree from Central Michigan University.  Mr. Flowers is also a graduate of the U.S. Army Command and Staff College. 

While on active duty, he served as a Platoon Leader, Company Executive Officer, and acting Company Commander.  From there Mr. Flowers transferred into the Army Reserves as he accepting a civilian position with the Delaware State Police as a State Trooper.  While in the Army reserves, Mr. Flowers served as an Engineer Team OIC for OCT-Lanes Training, Battalion Command (2/309th Bn-Ft. Dix, NJ), and Instructor for the Command General Staff Officer College.

Mr. Flowers retired from the US Army in January of 2018 with 28 years of service.  Mr. Flowers joined the Delaware ROTC team on 18 Oct 2021.
